Toyota has added Auto Access Seat to Sienna Minivan

2010 Toyota SiennaGirard Toyota, leading Toyota car dealer Old Saybrook, Connecticut, is proud to announce the convenient new feature added by Toyota to the Sienna Minivan- the Auto Access Seat. People who have had to commute with an elderly or wheel-chair bound person will know that moving the person on to the car seat is a difficult and tiring process and detrimental to the well-being of the infirm person as well. A big chunk of the US population comprises of the elderly. So this add-on feature which was demonstrated at the 2010 Detroit Auto Show is bound to appeal to a large cross-section of the community. The seat is capable of rotating 90 degrees and can descend to pick up the passenger. It can accommodate individuals weighing up to 330 pounds, and it will be available on Toyota Sienna minivans from February 2010 onwards.

Though this is a standard option on most Japanese automobiles, the device is relatively new in the North American auto market. Unlike a spoiler or sunroof, this feature focuses on utility and is sure to receive a positive response from customers.

Please contact Girard Toyota, leading Toyota car dealer Old Saybrook, Connecticut, to learn more about the Auto Access Seat and also about new and used cars or to schedule a test drive.
